As a non-denominational church, Willow Creek doesn’t routinely target and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as a religious holiday. But when a last minute emergency led to rescheduling elements of the weekend service in March, 2011, Willow’s programming team, led by Matt Lundgren, invited Robin Mark to participate in worship.
Irish worship leader Robin Mark is one of the best-known Irish Christian musicians with a ministry that has an international reach. Mark has led worship at Willow in the past and regularly works with the Willow Creek Association.
Robin Mark returned to Willow Creek’s South Barrington campus to lead worship on March 17/18.
